This is the first time I saw this "Mouj" Character. It represents the Etisalat - Sharjah Water Festival. This was taken at Sahara Center Mall when we went in just to take a leak and eat as well.
I feel he represents the tragedy we experience today because of the heavy rain. The office let us go at 3PM but we reached Sharjah (our place) at around 7:40PM because of the brutal Traffic. To be honest, this country is not design for Rain!!! Still they pray for it. Flood everywhere!!! Anyways, my butt hurts! Yet he still smiles! Grrrr.
