365 - Unfinished

As you may have noticed I never finished my 365! Gave up fairly soon too to my shame. I do intend on completing one in time though.
Right now I was just want to make a quick post with photos not taken by myself but by family members many moons before I was born.

My dad passed away on Wednesday after a long, long illness. To say he 'finally' passed away would not be unkind. In the end he said he wanted to go so there is peace for us in knowing. There is peace in knowing this is the last time I will feel the pain of losing a parent also. There is peace in knowing he is with my mammy now too.
But there is chaos in knowing that that is it for him and with him. Life has revolved around him in this household for so very long it is going to take some adjusting to get around it.
